Mechanical Efficiency Program

The Mechanical Efficiency Program (MEP) is focused on three initiatives designed to increase the sales of Swagelok Custom Solutions and Tubing Solutions greater than 1/2" (Small Bore). While not all of the applications are Small Bore, working with Rotating Equipment Engineers, Utility and Process Engineers and Pilot plant customers will result in fittings sales larger than 1/2". These groups have historically used 1" to 2" piping systems in their applications. Ease of maintenance, increased flow in lube systems and overall lower costs are driving these customers to increasingly use Swagelok solutions in place of pipe.
